Payments are processed online at the time of booking. This ensures that the service is scheduled and the sitter receives payment after the service is completed.
We do not sign individual contracts because all terms of cooperation are set out in our General Terms and Conditions, which you accept when placing an order. These terms contain important details about the service, the responsibilities of the sitters and clients, as well as the cancellation policy.
During booking, you can add special instructions about your pet’s care, such as diet, walking preferences, or favorite activities.
In rare cases where a petsitter cannot perform the service, we will find a replacement or issue a refund.
