Before care begins, you can schedule a free meet & greet with the caregiver to make sure your dog feels comfortable with them. It’s also a chance to share information about your dog’s needs, habits, and preferences. If necessary, you can choose a different caregiver.
The caregiver ensures your dog gets the right amount of exercise. Walks take place at scheduled times and last from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the option you choose. You can also provide preferences regarding the route and type of activity.
During care, the caregiver feeds your dog according to your instructions and ensures their comfort, providing entertainment and affection. Playing together, petting, and other activities help your dog feel comfortable and prevent loneliness.
During the care, you will receive detailed reports including photos, information about your dog’s well-being, and a GPS trail of the walk. This way, you have full control and know exactly what’s happening with your pet.

At this hour, Kropka was very curious—she wandered around the apartment, sniffing everything. When I showed her the leash, she immediately wagged her tail. We went for a walk, and Kropka was wild! She saw her friends at the park and instantly became very energetic: jumping, running, playfully pouncing on everyone, and nipping at their behinds. At first, everyone was a bit shocked, but then they caught the vibe, and it ended with everyone running and playing—even an old dog joined in. I also played with Kropka, leaving her a ball and some sticks.
She didn’t drink any water, even though I offered it. Later, we went for a walk by the sea. Kropka took care of her business, and sometimes she wanted to pick something up from the ground, but I intoned firmly and told her not to, so she didn’t.
Back home, I washed her paws and gave her water. She started chasing me again, as if I were a dog too, playfully nibbling all over me—but jokingly. So I thought about keeping her mind busy and we played a game: Kropka is an amazing treat detective. When she found everything and calmed down, I left the little one alone.
